When running test/eq/ and var for 12 weeks (var for the last 8 weeks) would it be more effective to run t3 for the first six weeks of the last 6? My last cycle I used it for the first 6 weeks and leaned out nice, then manipulated caloric intake to grow while staying lean.
My goal is to lean down a few %'s and add some lean mass.
Opinions?
