T3 most effective to start or end cycle?

When running test/eq/ and var for 12 weeks (var for the last 8 weeks) would it be more effective to run t3 for the first six weeks of the last 6? My last cycle I used it for the first 6 weeks and leaned out nice, then manipulated caloric intake to grow while staying lean.

My goal is to lean down a few %'s and add some lean mass.

Opinions?

I would use a constant dosing scheme for the whole 12. Either 25 or 50mcg
 
I am running a long cycle (16 weeks) so I am running T3 for the first 6 weeks, then 4 weeks off, then 6 weeks on. It is personal choice, but I think it would be better at the end if your selection is only beginning or end. I have know guys that ran low dose like 25mcg for extended periods. And they did fine with that.

with that mild of a dosage, I would say it is. With it being 12 weeks, you may want to taper off at the end just to be slightly more on the safe side in terms of rebound effect. :coffee:
