T3 help??

Could you guys give me some advice on taking T3 please??
I am about to start a course and would like to know if i have to
slowly increase the dosage by one tab a day or just start with maximum dosage and then taper down at the end of my course???

start at 25mcg a day for a week-then go up by 25mcg every week until you get to 100mcg-then taper down by 1 pill per week
