t3 dosage with prop/eq 15weeks

How much t3 to add on my 14 week lean gianer?

600 mg EQ weeks 1-15
100mg/day Test Prop 1-16

any ideas?

adex .25-.5mg/day and pct planned
 
stats:
6'1", 175lbs 16%bf
looking to gain at least 12 lean lbs but this means losing body fat at same time. Diet according to BMI plus 500-1000 calories a day (whatever works better we will see).
Cardio 2-3 times a week.
Workout 5/6 days a week
Will T3 be helpful or not needed in this cycle?
 
Clean diet is more important for a lean bulker. Don't necessarily expect to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time with a lean mass cycle though. It happens frequently with people, but you have to have everything spot on, or maybe a little luck. You're better off doing either a cutter or a lean mass cycle. I don't think T3 is needed. I like T3 w/bulkers. Running at 25mcg for last 6 weeks (no longer to be safe)to help process all the food and keep the BF from going higher. I also run it with Tren (at 12.5-25mcg) during a cutter cuz Tren lowers thyroid function (whcih can increase prolactin) during a cutter...
 
anybody else on the prop/eq combo. its a long cycle, im doing it with cardio and a clean diet (6 meals all planned on BMI calculation and muscle milk 2-3Xs a day).

If you've never done t3 then you could start of low....probably max out at 50mcgs if you like...the first time i ran t3 i only did 25mcgs for no more then 6 weeks and loved the results...you could do the same..

I'm not trying to be a dick bro, but at those stats you don't need any juice, let alone t-3. You didn't mention how long you've been working out, or any previous cycles (I hope not) Try eating your ass off for a year, see if you can put on another 15lbs natty. But that's just me.............
