T3.....Crap?

I just finished 6 weeks on T3. I ate low fat. Did my regular cardio for 30 minutes per day...........My weight and body fat stayed the SAME. Do some of us NOT respond to T3?

What dosage were you using? How many cals? Why would eat low fat? That's so '80's... ;)

If you ate at or below maintanence calories and did 30 minutes af cardio per day...you would still have lost some fat even without any T-3. So my question is not whether or not the T3 was any good, or whether or not you respinded to it, or even how much did you take...My qiestion is, "how was your diet?"
