I've been reading the forums religiously and know how many times this type of question has been asked, however with so much conflicting information I still would like to know if the following cycle proposal will be effective:
Wk1
12.5 mcg T3, 25 mcg Clen
Wk2
25 mcg T3, 50 mcg Clen
Wk3
50 mcg T3 (3 days), 25 mcg T3 (4 days), EC (twice daily)
Wk4
25 mcg T3 (3 days), 12.5 mcg T3 (4 days), EC (3 times daily)
Wk 5
12.5 mcg T3, 50 mcg clen
Wk 6
6.25 mcg T3, 75 mcg clen
I am male, 23 years old at 6'2 and 258 lbs with around 28% BF. I know that my BF% is very high so I'm going at it hardcore to get it down and keep it down with realistic time frame goals.
My diet is centered around clean foods 6 meals a day with a 3 day 30% calorie reduction on 45 % P, 30 % C, 25% F and a fourth day at a 10 % calorie reduction with 50% C, 30% P, 20% F. I use ON 100% Whey as my protein supplement and supplement with flax oil for good fats. Water intake is around a gallon/day.
Cardio is done usually 6-7 days/week in a wake-up fasted state with the possibility of adding in double cardio on some days.
Weight training is a 4-day split.
I don't use any gear and both the T3 and Clen will be the liquid form from AG.
Any thoughts/improvements would be greatly appreciated.
