T3/Clen Cycle -Input Needed ...Info Inside

I've been taking T3 and ECA for now for 3 days, going to start the clen on day 10 So that the T3 is in full effect at that time, this is how the cycle was planned, I'm just not sure if the 100mg/10 days is fine? or if I should keep the dosage spilt evenly so that it stays going up or down every 5 days...

It's kinda hard to split the pills that's why i'm going in 25mcg increments...

25 x 5 = 5 pills
50 x 5 = 10 pills
75 x 5 = 15
100mcg x10 = 40 (OR 100mcgx5) ??
75 x 5 = 15
50 x 5 = 10
25 x 5 = 5
12.5 x 4 = 2

Clen I was planning on starting when I get to 75mcg and ramp up to 120 or 160, I've done 120 before And was able to handle it, not sure if I should just stop there but i'll see how body reacts.

Taking 4 10mg of P-Plex pills for 6 week duration to negate any muscle loss...

Im 24 Been training since I was 15 , tried the clen/T3 cycle before at lower dosages, but did not have a well planned diet/workout routine... now going for a second try. Weight was 206 3 days ago, now at 204 , body fat is 19% (I think its less not sure) and i'm 5"11.

Diet I have planned is at 45%Protein, 36%Carbs, 18%Fat ... I think I'm having too much food though, because I'm at 2800 Cals 54g Fat ... Anyone have any % split recommendation for carbs/Protein while on this stack?

Do things look fine? Any input's appreciated , thanks.

You are talking about MCG not MG correct? This a typo?
 
I thought i'd Post the entire diet to see if it helps you guys anymore?

Breakfast:
1 Egg, 250Ml egg whites, and 12 grain bread, apple

Morning Snack:
Almonds, Natural Oats, Flaxseed oil GNC Natural brand...

Lunch:
Oven Roasted Turkey Breast , 12 Grain Bread , Almonds

Afternoon Snack:
banana, Activia yogurt , 2 cans of solid white tuna

Pre-Workout:
Uncle bens brown rice, 1/2 cup , and 2 chicken breasts done on the George forman

Post-Workout:
NO idea yet, Protein shake obviously, some sweet juice (OJ?) Glutamine, BCAA's

I just need to know If I'm doing anything wrong here, specially with the 10 days of 100 mcg for the T3 , Are the days supposed to be evenly split? so 5 days at 50mcg, 5 days at 75, and 5 days at 100? Or is doing 10 days fine as long as I go down in the dosage in the same manner that I went up.

Take all four, 4weeks on and then 4 weeks off then if you want start second cycle.

T3 : 50-100 mcg a day Max
clen : 80-140 mcg a day Max

Day 1 – 7 = Stan = 30mg, T3 = 50mcg, Clen = 80 mcg.
Day 8 – 14 = Stan = 30mg, T3 = 50mcg, Clen = 80mcg.
Day 14 – 21 = Stan = 40 mg, T3 = 50 mg, Clen = 100mcg.
Day 22 – 28 = Stan = 40 mg , T3 = 50 mcg, Clen = 100 mcg.

This is not help at all I still have no idea what your BMR is what your Macros are, nothing:(

o then in that case i need help to here lol how long should it be ran.
My cycle looks like this:


Cycle:
Stan : 30-40 mg a day
T3 : 50-100 mcg a day
clen : 80-140 mcg a day

Take all for, 4weeks and then 4 weeks off on forged pct and then start second cycle If needed.


Day 1 – 7 = Stan = 30mg, T3 = 50mcg, Clen = 80 mcg.
Day 8 – 14 = Stan = 30mg, T3 = 50mcg, Clen = 80mcg.
Day 14 – 21 = Stan = 40 mg, T3 = 50 mg, Clen = 100mcg.
Day 22 – 28 = Stan = 40 mg , T3 = 50 mcg, Clen = 100 mcg
 
T3 needs to go for 40-45 days, and clen either 2weeks on than off, or what I'm doing just 3 weeks straight... and i'll try this benadryl or w.e see if it works, I don't have enough clen for 2 weeks on than off and I don't respond to it at any less than 80mcg
 
Ok so my BMR is 2000 cals, I'm just not sure what my Maintenance is because I'm not sure to X it by 1.55 ( Moderatley active ) or 1.725(very active) But I go to the gym 5 days a week for lifting weights , and cardio is for 6 days of the week , usually almost an hour, and 3 of those days its very intense group cardio in a martial arts school.

Maint if considered very active would be: 3450 Cals per day...
or 3100 if Mod'tly active.
