I have been dieting for 10 weeks now. age is 37. Weight Started at 257 and currently at 223. Calories started at 2795 and I have been cutting down ever week and now at 1798 and will stay there for the next 4 weeks. Didn't start clen and t3 till 4 weeks into my diet. Doing hitt cardio 4 times a week. Running test e at 600mg a week and tren at 100mg eod. Will throw in winny at 50mg ed last 4 weeks. Arimidex done at 1mg eod. Not filling anything any more off of lipo shed stack, was looking for somethingelse to switch to during the two weeks off of clen. Fat does not seem to be coming off anymore and muscles seem flat.
