Clen- works well for most people 2 weeks and 2 weeks off working you way up to 160mcg's or higher depending on the idiviual.
No need to lower your dose as you come off it.
T3- Some say it is not necessary to work your way up on the doseage but I disagree and would start at 25mcg's and work your way up to 100mcg's and stay thta level and start waning off of it the last two weeks. The last two weeks of T3 I would stay off the clen and start taking some T4 the last week you are waning off the t3 and take it for a few weeks. Once you finish waning off the T3 I would restart clen again.
OTC thermos- The shred stack can be taken in your off weeks of the clen and while you are on the t3 but also stacked with the clen when the you done waning off the T3. If you want to really to kick it up a notch then you can add in adderllin and alternate it with the shred stack.
