T3 And Tapering..

Any need to taper up/down with T3 at just 50mcg's per day?

i'd still start at .25 per day for three days before going to 50, then when you decide to stop start tappering back down to .25 for the same.

because 50mcg/day is all that's really needed although some go up to 75 or 100/day.

If your not looking to lose bf why not just do 25mcg's a day straight accross, that's all that's needed.

A reduction in BF would be nice as well , that was the reason in using 50mcg over 25
