T3 and LiquiClen stack???

All good advice. I want to throw in that Mr. X is on the money for a sample of first clen cycle. I wouldn't go higher than 80 mcg per day personally. But, that's just me. I'm hyper and anxious anyway and more than this sends me jittering into the night. Never have any problems on less than 80. Thanks for the T3 info as well. Helpful outline. I will personally play it safe with this too and not go higher than 75 mg or so and do a nice gradual taper off.
 
On this Clen stack what time of day should i take it???
Before a workout or after?

SAMPLE CLEN STACK:

Day 1-2: 20mcg
Day 2-4: 40mcg
Day 5-6: 60mcg
Day 7-9: 80mcg
Day 10-12: 40mcg
Day 13-14: 20mcg

2 weeks ON, 2 weeks OFF.

Try not to take it to close to you workouts due to the "cramping" effect clen has...you want to pick up some taurine to help you in this...also dont take it to late either or you wont sleep...i usually take mine in the AM.
 
So would right after be good or wait 1-2 hours.
I'm doing morning workouts.

And what about taking Creatine before the workout???
