T3 and Clen

I'm planning on doing T3 and Clen for five weeks. I am currently doing 45 min of cardio and about an hour of high rep/lower weight lifting 5x/week with about 1,400-1,600 cal per day. I've never done any gear before and would welcome any advice.

My main goal is obviously cutting weight, though I don't want to waste too much muscle.

I am thinking about 50/day of each based on the reading I've already done. Is it really necessary to cycle off the Clen every two weeks or so? I take benedryl for sleep anyway and from what I've read here that should help.
 
How long have you been at that training routine? Sounds good to me. If you keep that up you don't need the drugs.
 
If you're only eating 1400-1600 a day, and putting in that work in the gym, you shouldn't even need clen/T3. I was doing 30 mins of cardio 6x a week and a doing a 4x week split, and was able to lose 1 pound a week carb cycling 1700-2300 calories a day, averaging about 2000 per day. That was back when I was a skinny boy and thought I needed to lose the gut before I bulked up.

I say keep at the diet and exercise for a month or 2, and revisit your progress at that point. I am also an advocate of using the least amount of chemicals possible to achieve a goal.
 
That's all you want is slow steady progress. to quick and you sacrifice muscle and believe me it has no problem taking it.
What is your weight/height?
 
A little over a month. And I know I don't need them, but it just seems slow [I am making steady progress].
Not a good reason to turn to drugs my friend. What's worth it isn't easy. Everyone wants to take the easy way out. Don't be one of them there's enough out there!!! Work for it then wear it proud
 
Hi, how are you cycling your t3, it is also quiet catabolic and has always been suggested to use t3 while running juice to keep muscle loss to a min
 
You need to diet and do cardio. You also have no idea how strong these drugs are and your dosing schedule is terrible at best. If anything run an OTC thermogenic like adderllin do not touch drugs until you are prepared.
