T3 and Clen mix

Hey all first post for me here.
I am a 6-4 378lb big boy. I dont know my BF % but I do run a 42" waist. I am currently on a cycle containing...750 Eth./ wk, 200 prop/wk, and 400 Deca/wk.
After I finish my last cc of deca I plan on moving to 25 Fina/ day. I am doing alot of cardio to help w/ the BF and lifting very heavy.
But this leads me to the question of...I acquired a bottle of T3 and Clen. ( I have used clen. before ) The bottle of T3 is lliquid pump ( supposed to be a cc / 10 pumps ) How should I bridge the T3 and clen into my cycle?? I read that I should use the clen and T3 while on Test due to the T3 decreasing muscle mass. is this correct?
Any help is VERY appreciated guys!!!
Oops ...Going 12 weeks on all of the above...

Oops ...Going 12 weeks on all of the above...

Forget the T3. Use the clen. T3 is used for individuals needing to be under 8% BF such as competitive BB's. You'll do fine with a solid diet and the clen.
 
I know. It is starting to get frustrating.. All i eat is alot of lean fish anf veggies ( I am a veggie ) Maybe I'm totally missing something in my diet.
 
Damn bro with that kinda diet and cardio routine plus the lifting you should be on the straight track to losing some serious weight. The clen will help, but I dont think the T3 will provide the results you are looking for until you've lost some more weight.
