T3 advice

what do you guys suggest to do to avoid muscle loss during a t3 cycle of 2-3 weeks with also doing cardio everyday? more carbs or more aas? also, what kind of dosages do u recommend?i've got 50 tabs @ 25mg/tab.
 
Add anavar and lots of protein, T3 is typically ran

1 to 2 weeks. However, the user’s tolerance level ultimately determines the timeframe; that is, if the user reacts really well with Cytomel, then the dosage can gradually increase every three days.

Users are advised not to ramp up and down the dosage during therapy as this causes fluctuations in hormone levels, which further results to hormonal imbalance. The more prudent practice is to taper off the dosage. The minimum daily dosage of T3 is 5mcg and the maximum is 100mcg.

Cytomel intake is not dependent on bodyweight or gender, but rather on the individual’s blood level. This means that females can take the same dosage volume and schedule as males.

I hope you meant MCG per tab
 
yes, mcg/tab. i don't have access to var but i have winny, is that cool?. i eat 300g protein everyday and at 5 weeks out, i have hit a plataeu at 7% bf roughly. i'm not as tight as i need to be so hopefully the t3 will fix that.
 
and wouldn't you have to ramp up to ramp down. or does that mean take like 75mcg/per day from day one and ramp down to 25mcg on the last day?

Winstrol will work, no don't ramp up or down you do that with clen, cymotel(T3) will cause hormonal fluctions ramping.
