t- rex??

That's it! Love it!

I take 1 in the morning but not on an empty stomach. (I've started to feel really sick witihin 20 min if I take it & try to do empty stomach cardio.) Have to be careful w/ the first cup of coffee in the morning because I get just a little too 'energized' sometimes. I may take a 2nd around noon, but no later than 3 for maybe a heavy after work training session.

Also I try to cycle any thermo I take for 6-8 weeks & then go off for a while to let the receptors clear out.

I found that after about a week of puting up with the upset on an empty stomach thing that it went away. Now it doesnt bother my stomach anymore...
 
I would run them as you are comfortable. I don't consider them the be-all & end-all supp that I MUST have to burn fat optimally. They mostly help me get my day going, but I have to be really careful about mixing them w/ my tall black coffee in the morning. Some days I will be running on the edge of an anxiety attack because of the buzz. That's just me. So I personally keep the T-rex to about 1/day and will throw more in before 3 pm if I am dragging or anticipating a kick workout. Generally I've been sleeping like a rock at night, so I find I dont' need an energy kick later in the day to get thru my workout. But sometimes I do drag or if I dont' get enough sleep I'll go for the extra.

Monster - I was getting so sick to my stomach on t-rex + empty stomach that I couldn't possibly make it thru a week to get past it. That's just me.
 
for those that want "emty stomach", a small banana is a good choice, essentially mostly fructose which will reglycogenate liver (good for fat burning).
