THey have been cheating me. THey know you don't have time to hassle withe them on the phone over minutes. I watched them carefully and they are charging me minutes when I'm not answering the phone, etc. I believe it's a scam. I just don't believe it's honest mistakes anymore. THese fucking companies are corrupt because they're allowed to get away with it.

Watch your minutes like a hawk. I've been with them for about 7 or 8 months. Just in the last 2 months I've noticed the charges for minutes that I haven't used. I didn't even use my phone for 2 days and the minutes usuage went from 596 minutes to 607. After 600, I get charged. They had to have been charging me for minutes when my phone rang and I didn't answer. They are not suppose to do that.

I've had T-Mobile for a year, problem free. However I never even come close to using all my minutes. I guess I just don't have many friends or people I want to call, or who want to call me.
