T/E ratio of 40 !?!?!

I compete in a sport and have a TUE for testosterone replacement therapy. I have been running twice my prescribed dose and wanted to see what my T/E ratio would be at this does. Results came back to day and it was 40 WTF?

Is the T/E ratio a one to one relationship to dosing?

When I run my prescribed dose my test level comes back around 400-600. I see my endocrinologist once every 4 months and cut my dose back to the prescribed 100ML weekly.

So my question is what will my T/E ratio be if I get tested and am on my prescribed dose? I took my last 200ML on 9/30/2012 and will likely be tested on the 10/25/2012.
