It's high fat, high protein, low carb..
Will I get fat, and lose muscle when I go off this diet like to a normal diet?
I'm using this as my first real BB diet..
Does this sound like a good long term plan?
I plan to do this:
Diet; Routine
T-Dawg; Meltdown training (T-mag.com)
60/30/10 Protein/Carbs/Fat, 3500 calories (Bulk); 4 day split (Work each muscle 1 x /week)
60/30/10; 3000 calories (cut); same 4 day split (Supersets in WO)
60/30/10 3500 calories (Bulk); H.I.T
ABCDE the next generation diet; GBC
I want to get bigger, maybe to 180-190 (tops), but lower my bodyfat...
