T-Bol Usage question

Hey I have been on the liquid t-bol for around three or four weeks. I just got the pink t-bol tabs. Am I supposed to swallow them or put them under my tongue?

Just swallow them and take some grapefruit juice to wash it down.

swallow them down,,,,some chew them a little,,,then swallow.
