T-400, TREN ACC, EQ, ANAVAR------- pct HELP

So this is my 10 week cycle. I'm on my 6th week now.

Stats
Height 6.1
Weight 190
BF have not checked it yet I'm pretty lean when I look in mirror.

T-400- 3 shots per week = 1200 mg
Tren Acc- 65 mg ED
Anavar- 40 mg ED
EQ- 2 shots per week 600 mg

Started nolva from week 3
40 mg a day.

I'm happy with my gains and hardness.
Need help from here.

I want to end my cycle in 3 weeks from now, I'm already on nolva 40 mg.

I have HCG and nolvadex for pct.
Can you please give advice on how much hcg and nolva needed.
Do I continue taking nolva cause I'm on it since week 3. I'm on week 6 of my cycle 4 more to go.

being on nolvadex from week three does nothing for you after you end the steroids, it doesn't stop estrogen from forming, just from being effective at binding the receptor, the estrogen is still there so you must use the nolva until estro levels are no longer elevated. you really should have used letrozole throughout or mesterolone or drostanolone.
you are using a lot of drugs but really your only concern is the 1200mg of test, definately utilize the hcg, if you have lots start it now every three days, don't let your testicular fortitude get overly depressed in the first place, its an effective way of undergoing hcg treatment.
I probably would have spared myself the expense of the oxandrolone if already on twelve hun of test, sixty five a day of tren and six hun per week of boldenone
i love it, go hard or go home, no point only going half way in, really though if you can get some letrozole you should do so now and get it in there for safety sake.
