t-3

hey guys, any of you take t-3 before? i'm thinking of doing a quick run on it, i have a photo shoot coming up and need to tighten up a little, and YES i did my homework this time. just want opinions on it for weight loss:)
 
I've only used 12.5mg ED (a non-supressive doses), but like it very much. I'll do a bigger run later, but I think it's important that you have a decent amount of AAS while using big doses (i.e. 50mg+), so you don't lose muscle. And I'm not sure if you do, b/c I assume you are female. But gimme some more info.

So how far away is the shoot? How much do you want to lose? And do you use gear? If so are you on any now and how much, or what can you get to run with the t3?

two weeks, was gonna start with 25mcg for 10 days and then cycle off for 4 i'm taking winny right now 5mgs and day. just finished a cycle of var that i thought was var but was actually a-bombs!!!! good thing i don't use much. do you think i'm taking enough winny to stop the catabolic effects?

200lb. bench (no shirt)
400lb. squat (no suit)
300lb deadlift
5'1 135lb off season
115lbs pre contest

three weeks until shoot, i'm not that off season, still showing abs but just want to tighten up, never used t-3 either, don't want to chew any muscle up.
 
hmm, not long at all huh? Yeah for stats I meant height, weight, bf%. And how much you were looking to lose.

But I might catch some flack for this, but I think thats too little time for t3 (you could lose some weight, but some would be muscle I think, and you wouldn't have a lot of time to fill back out). I think you should look into a low dose (100-200mg ED) DNP cycle. It wont burn up muscle, and you'd have plently of time to lose the water assuming you could get it quick. 7-10 days would be good and at that dose, I think you'll find it very tolerable. But that's something you gotta research and a decision you should make and take responsibility for (using DNP that is). And you gotta be careful, to stay cool, although I don't get much hotter on DNP (but still lose of course).

trying to lose 10 pounds, sorry for my ignorance, i'm a little green- what is DNP? i don't measure my bf% if my abs are showing (which they are) i'm okay, like i said before just want to tighten up:)

You don't need DNP. It's a bit dangerous. T3 is fine. Run 20-40mcg/day. Throw in some clen, and you'll be tighter than a virrrrr-ginian farmer buying feed.. yeah.. that's it. You'll be good to go. :D

10lbs!?! Holy shit. Yeah dnp is the only thing that'd get you there. Search for it, there's a good web site on it and a good FAQ here.
 
How old are you and how long have you been lifting?

You do not have enough time to use T-3 and get any kind of results.

You only weigh 135lbs?

and you are trying to get down to 125?????????

I know you are 5'1" but damn man.

first i'm a woman, second i compete at 115 so 125 isn't that lite. i just want to look tighter than i am now. not overly cut just enough for the camera to make me look good.:)

what about gycerol, ever tried that it's supposed to bring out vascularity and give you a good pump
 
I have done a lot of shoots where I needed a quick fix... fast... There are lots of different options, including DNP, T3, Clen, Diet, Cardio....diuretics.... Pm me for advice if you'd like..

started cycling the t-3 yesterday, i hope there are no immediate side effects (shaky, tremors) cuz i feel none, not even that hungry, taking the winny too. let cha know how it worked:)

Good luck. How are you planning on running it?
 
I ran T-3 for 7 weeks with Clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off,Along with Deca, and winny.But as for the T-3 I tapered up slowly to 100mcg a day than tapered down even slower till I got down to 12.5 a day, and It worked great.Havnt really gained any fat back either.The key it to just make sure you taper down slowly.

well E, tried it holy hormone ride from hell!!!!!! wouldn't suggest your gf try it, it screwed with my emotions big time- and i got way better results from cycling eca and clen. didn't think it would effect my hormones the way it did. i was up and down like a whores pants on saturday nite!!!!!!!!:) she might be okay as hormones effect everyone differently but, is it really worth trying, i'm still cycling off it so i dont screw my thyroid.

thanks princess. that kinda sucks. clen doesn't seem to affect her and she usually takes twice the eca i take just to get it going. i was hoping t-3 would help. but damn, i don't need a stark raving bitch on my hands, if you know what i mean. ;)

just cycling off now, no major weight loss though a friend of mine (male) dieted for a contest on pizza and chinese using it!!!! i'm not that much off season. did it for two weeks, much prefer the clen\eca stack works way better, except i smash full beer glasses at work from the clen-jitterol:)
