I got into a buying craze a few months back and I bought Glucorell, Syntrax R as well as * R-ALA to try out. I mix and match all the time. Truthfully, I haven't noticed a a big difference in either brand. Glucorell is the only one with biotin in it, which appears to be a plus. For the price, it's the best bang for the buck [Glucorell]. I don't think you'll be dissapointed in either choice. Syntrax R comes in 90 caps, mikes comes in 100 and Glucorell comes in 120 caps

For me, * is cheapest since im importing from the states
glucorell's a good price if i buy it in bulk
Do u think the biotin makes much of a difference? maybe i can buy a biotin sup and take it at the same time?

Biotin is a cheap supp you can buy at any grocery store (not sure in UK). With Glucorell, you're paying and it's already added in the correct amount, which I believe is 500mcg. Possibly PM Macro and ask for his honest opinion
