I assume you're talking about T3, and I'm just ramping down after my first time using it, and maybe can offer some insight. I did the following:

Each dose for 5 days, then moving on to the next. I did this after finishing a sust cycle and during a brief fina cycle. I gained too much damn fat off my bulk cycle and wanted a little help with cutting. So I've lost a fair amount of fat, but a fair amount of muscle, and strength even with 75mg fina EOD. My strength only started to come back when I was ramping down.
I will probally never use T3 again, it just eats too much muscle. The only time I will touch it again is when I'm @ 6% and looking to get shredded. As far as I can see (now), that's the only reason to use this stuff. Stick to Clen, ECA and anabolics that are good for cutting.
