Okay this seems like the right place. I while b doing a syno conversion soon. I have did research but no matter where I look... I can't find my answer. So can someone show their knowledge 4 me..
Basically I don't want TNE (test no ester) but I'm not sure what my kitmaker uses for a solubolizer. Even if I ask the site and get an answer.. I would still like to know if anyone has just bought the sodium tert-butoxide and used it. And how much of the sodium tert-butoxide would be necessary to remover just the estro ester. Thanks
