Syndrom X?

Anyone here familiar with syndrome x?
I've read a booklet on it from my local health store and I think i could have it since i cut alot of weight through a low cal diet and no matter how hard i try and train cant get rid of stubborn fat around my gut. The advice they give is great, cut out high GI carbs from the diet which makes sense but what about the HI GI shake after training?

nah, lol. I'm completely un-associated with AF. I have ordered from them twice and am super happy with their service and products. R-ALA is another must (IMO), now called glucorel R. I just started cutting, so I mean to order some NYC soon. but I'm putting off the yohimburn to my summer florida trip.

I live in the UK so shipping and all that will put the already ghigh prices of their products through the roof :(
I might be cmoing to america in summer so i can ask my relatives to order it and i'll pick it up from them.

So yohimburn really works? Im very skeptical about it.

as far as NYC stacks, i dont think you can get them in the uk (yet)
Ephedrine is banned but i know where to get ECA stacks from, i might try them when my crappy S/C/A stack runs out (or before i decide to just throw it in the bin! useless things they are!)

I can't attest to rather or not Yohimburn works, as I personally haven't tried it. But nearly all who have tried it said that it worked wonders for them. You might want to do some searches on it if you're still skeptical, there is tons of praise, and just a few who didn't like it too much (many of who never even tried it from what I saw :P)

As for the Glucorel R.. there is a discout code. PM me if you need it, it'll drive the cost down to 24 dollars.

I have never read anything on this, but cutting out hi GI carbs frm any cuting diet should be a given.

thanks bro,
you dont get commission from them do ya ;)

LOL

I remember hearing about this in the past. It said on the news that millions are affected by this syndrome. Albeit many people on this board have it including myself. Poor insulin sensitivity and a propensity to convert sugar to fat. That is why so many people succeed on low carb keto diets. IE Atkins revolution for the general public.

This is a very good and important post. Thank you, I will check out the link now.
