Swordfish some help here please.....

I just started my cycle last Thurs. You and X have been a big help for me on decision making along with my own research. I need some T3-Clen advice though cause I am thinking of mixing it in. However I tend to have bad reactions to Fat burners. ie anxiety etc. Can you gimme some advice on dosage here? If anyone else has .02 to add it is appreciated as well.

Heres what I am running now:
wk1 20mg Var e/d
wks 2-11 1 250 mg sust e/w + 30-40mg var e/d (depending on what I can get my hands on I have enough for 30 now)+ .5mg Arimidex e/d
wk 12 20mg var e/d
wks 13-15 20mg Nolva e/d
I want to add Clen & T3 in here for more cutting. Do you think I should run it all the way through, toward the end, or post cycle to finish it off? Also can you give me an idea of lowest but effective dose. I am 31yrs 6'0" 228lbs 15-16% BF Eating 5 x day High protein Low-Mod carb low fat. Lots of Chicken Fish and Veggies. Cardio 3x a week on an empty stomach in the morning. Lifting 5 days wk 2 days rest alternating. Taking Glutamine Creatine Glucorell Levorex Sesapure and EFA's

k...basically t3 should be run WITH your cycle...due to the fact that t3 can eat away at your muscles....the lowest dose that i have gone with t3 and was very affective was 25mcgs....this was the FIRST time i used t3 though...at 25mcgs for 6 weeks i dropped a considerable amount of BF...there was no need for me to taper up at all..nor down when coming off..i didnt get the rebound effect and per my bloodwork thyroid was doing great...You have 2 options...you can incorporate the clen with the t3 OR save the clen to run with your PCT...you dont HAVE to run clen/t3 together..although I did...and the only reason is because i didnt use the stack with gear at all...being that you are on a cycle it will work great for you....

Ok so what do you think about this last 6 wks of the cycle T3 starting wk1 at 12.5mcgs per day wk 2 25mcgs per day wks 3-4 50mcgs per day and wk 5 25 mcgs per day wk 6 12.5 mcgs per day end the cycle wait 1 wk then run clen with the pct to finish it off? What do you think for doasage on the clen?

That would work...typically it really wont matter if you run it at the start or end...matter of preference here...but if you chose to run the t3 at the end of your cycle it will work too...as far as clen dosages...i usually follow the same protocol and adjust if i have too...

Example of a first cycle:

Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80 mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps some users get back to
normal gradually)
Day14: 60 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

Example of a second cycle:

Day1: 60mcg
Day2: 80mcg
Day3: 80mcg
Day4: 100mcg
Day5: 100mcg
Day6-Day12: 120mcg
Day13: 100 mcg
Day14: 80 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

Does the T3 make you all jittery like Clen or no? I am real sensitive. Any supps to take with it. I know with Clen Taurine and potassium, but what about T3?

From my numerous experinces with T3 it doesnt behave like clen or your typical ECA stack..it does however make you have the "warm feeling" by raising your body temp..but you will not feel "jittery" off of t3..at least i have never had that happen...taurine and potassium for clen yes...t3 stands good alone..dont need to take anything

Very solid info. I agree with you 100% Swordfish. Why would you include the clen in your PCT instead of stacking it with the T3 during the cycle. That AAS will help with the diminished muscle loss but how about a 2 wk on 2 wk off routine throughout the cycle alternating?

Wouldn't this be just as effective?

The only reason I am thinking during PCT is cause I have heard that the Clen can make you lethargic and unmotivated. That's the last thing I wanna be on my cycle. I haven't donr it before so I don't know if that will happen with me or not. Just saying cause of what I have read.

Yes it would be just as effective....i've experimented with both...on and for PCT...just depends on what your really looking for..while ON it will help "aid" in the fat loss process..but i have found that if your already on certain compounds that are used to "cutt" with..and your diet is dialed in..there is no reall need to "overkill" the cycle...doing it for PCT keeps the "shredding" process going since now your no longer on "anything" but PCT compounds...adding it then, helps finish the cycle and PCT off nicely...but either works..
 
Clen can cause the syptoms you speak of, however it is not in everyone. If taken correctly it's possible it won't affect you at all. If during your PCT you are going to take say Clomid this combined with the Clen could really bring you down.
 
What can you take to combat the lethargy that clen could cause? I think I've read somewhere else that something like Thermorexin or Cardio Breeze while "on" with Clen? Or is that during the 2-week "off" period?
