I just injected into my pec and ruptured a vein in the process. Not good, but no big deal.

It swelled up right after that and now there's a hard swollen mass at the surface of my pec (about 2cm diameter). Is it a clot? It's either that, or blood, or blood and oil. What is it?

Nothing to worry about. Just a little bit of a lump caused by the extra volume around the depot site.
