Swollen nips shrink when cold

I am running qv eq 600 and soon to add anavar 50ed. I have completed 3 weeks and notice my nipples seem more puffy than usual and looking more awkward in t-shirts. The swolleness goes away when I pinch them and they get hard and when they are cold. Is this pre-gyno? No itchness or tenderness. What type of anti-e to you think would be best. Also would like to help break down some estrogenic fat deposits.

What should I use? Liqui-nolvdex, armidex or liqui-dex? Do you guys get this same problem?

Sounds like you are holding water in the nipple area and it seems you are heading toward gyno but with the compounds you are using this should not be a problem.

What did your last cycle look like and how long ago was it? Could be an onset of gyno from past cycle.

Nolvadex is best for gyno. Eq aromatizes at about half the rate of test, so its like your doing 300mg/week of test as far as estrogen formation goes. You could try yohimburn df on your chest around the nipple. If it goes away with yohimburn then it is either water or fat. If you want to try nolva, start with 40mg/day for until the symptoms go away and then go to a 10-10mg/day for the rest of your cycle until 2-3 weeks post cycle.
