Please see your physician immediately. Lymphadenopathy (swollen lymph nodes) can be a serious condition. You need to have bloodwork checked (a CBC) to make sure you do not have leukemia or lymphoma, and if a short course of antibiotics do not help, then you will need a biopsy.
Hopefully it will turn out to be nothing, but it's your life and I think you should take it seriously. You don't want this to turn out to be cancerous and you ignored it when it could have been cured at an early stage.
A lot of these turn out to be nothing, but you really do need to see a physician. Nobody can examine or diagnose you over the internet. What you think are lymph nodes may turn out to be other things (sebaceous cysts, etc.), but without a physician examining you, there is no way to tell. Therefore, it is imperative that you see a physician.
