If this is going to turn into a tribute thread, I should say that SC is definately worth listening to.

Plus he is as big as house so if he tells you to eat something/do some cardio... YOU BETTER DO IT...

When my bonus check clears i want to get with the program... Just wondering what the food bill is weekly..... i weigh about 260 at 6'2", bf around 17%

You'd be surprised how cost-effective and easy it is to set in motion bro.

You also have your choice of WHAT foods to eat, so you are not stuck purchasing Platinum chicken breasts and Prime Rib cuts of meat. You can work those in, but we can have much success on less expensive forms of nutrition. Often times combining one or more sources of a particular macronutrient leads to more variety, and less out of pocket expense! Swoldier's Paradise has tons of recipe ideas as well that fit perfectly into the program, courtesy of all the 100's of former clients.

Well I might as well throw in some input saying that I also felt SGX worked great. Even though I may not have put 100% because of school, etc., it sure as hell worked! Definite praise to SC and I recommend it to anyone.
