Have any of you guys used his programs ?...I want to try them but I need more responses from experienced users...They seem promising:fro:

yes, im on his swolegenix diet rite now...getting good progress...as stated in another reply, there are tons of his posts around here and also you can go to his website... www.swolecat.com

More power to the guy if he can make money writing diets. I just dont think its that hard to figure out on your own.

Did you gain any strength or mass as well? Do you think it was worth it? Thanks. I might be starting the swoledup2 program next week.

NOTE:

SwoledUp2 aka "OnSwole" was created BECAUSE of the low-carb issue on non-training days on the original SwoledUp program. I listed to what was happening, made adjustments, and since then the program has never looked back.

Check out my board for more info, and the Transformation Dome for a sampling of before/afters from those on SwoleGenix and SwoledUp2. You can check the Members Pics here and @ GotFina.com as well for clients on these programs, AnaReview, AnaUniverse, MassU, MassMonsters.com, etc. etc.

U can also check w/Mr. X, diet king here, about my programs and their success. I didn't become one of his diet guru's and MassMonster Mod helping 1000's because I fail. Quite the opposite!

I'm going to paste this here as well, just in case some are still on the fence:

Just an update for those interested in SGX. I had my bf% tested on Aug. 10, 2003 using a 7-point caliper test and my bf was 16.3%. Started SGX around Aug. 17. Had my bf tested again on Sept. 12 after 4 weeks on SGX and it was 15.9%. Had my bf tested Oct. 9 after 8 weeks on SGX and it was 13.5%. I have lost only 2 lbs since starting SGX in August and strength is up on almost all of my lifts. This was all done w/o any drugs at all except for an ECA and each bf test was done by the same person using the same test. I have been able to lose bf before, but it was always at the expense of weight and strength. Just thought I would keep you posted.

Ive been on SGX for exactly a month now and I went from 188 lbs 16% BF to 185 lbs and around 13.5% BF. I also didnt do any cardio for the first week. The workouts are pretty quick but very effective and my strength has gone up substantially.

The dieting part isn't hard to follow at all and I never felt hungry at any time. Plus when you have any questions he always responds quickly. Once I get down to the single digits I am going to try the swole up program.

Do a search. There's some great posts about swolecats programs on here, including one where I give a quick review of the diet and the results it gave me.

I guess I could add to this. I don`t have too much info but I just finished a month on Swolegenix and lost bodyfat but not too much weight. That`s EXACTLY what I wanted. I did`nt feel tired and depleted which is usually associated with diets. So it went well.

My intensity was really high in the gym. I did`nt take measurements or anything. I did only my bicep which did NOT lose ANYTHING. not even an 1/8th. It might have went up a little. I do look alot better. My lifts went up a little. I actually slightly injured my shoulder this past week. (bummer) So It has`nt been the same.

It`s only been a month but I can do this for a long time I guess. I will try the bulking diet when I get to a low enough bodyfat.

Well just fyi. That`s my story. I know it helped me out when others were talking about it before I made the jump. So hope this helps someone.

Thanks GL, you've done a great job w/the program for sure. Way to listen and trust in the methodology of the program.

Swolecat's program

Let me first say that I have no affiliation with SC other than giving his Swolegenix diet a try one time. I went my own way with training (and kinda wish I had used his method at least while was on the diet, as I hear many psoitives). His diet worked well for me. I often add my .02 cents on SC threads, and I'll tell you why. Beyond an effective diet he has to offer, he seems to have a real genuine passion for helping people acheive results, and you can shoot the guy 100 questions a day, all of which he answers quickly, always within an hour for me. He was once knocked and dissed left and right, when he first began to offer his program, now people have nothing but great things to say about his programs, that says a lot as well. His prices seemed very fair to me, and he has no alterior motive, such as affiliation with any supplement companies or anyhting of the like. You can't say that for some others that are out there...and I'll leave that at that without saying anymore. So it comes down to two reasons...results (results tailored to each person) and a respectable name, which he has made for himself.
