Not a huge write-up, but it was nice that I was contacted and asked to submit a pic. The mag had noticed all that I do on-line and in my area, and they asked if they could do a write up. I never thought anything would come of it, but I just got word today it hit the stands.

Damn, I'm always the last to know. Anyhow, no biggie, just happy as shit, and thought I'd share.

C'mon Swole, coke is the perfect addition to any cutting diet. gives you lots of energy, makes you not hungry, speeds your metabolism. J/K. there are those annoying side effects anyway, hundreds of dollars a day wasted, insomnia, paranoia, sweating like a pig, the coke jaw (ever talk to a coked up dude?) and the worst of all - the big asshole you become side effect.
