I am interested in Swolcats fat loss dieting program. I emailed and waiting for his response. I was just wondering since I'm a newb on this board, can people post some testamonials on his programs, and how well they have worked. I have read posts saying that he knows his SH$T, just would like an overall view from everyone. Thanks

In all honesty....... he knows his shit..... its all laid out. Its not even really a diet....... im never hungry, and my strength is going up. Be true to swole and you wont be sorry

Swole lose an email..... not a chance. he is very quick to respond. The longest i ahve waited was 8 hrs, but the average is around two to three hours.
