Swole pain?

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone out there has experienced any strange soreness or pain while taking Swole by syntrax??? The last few days I have had strange soreness and pain in my hamstrings, I haven't run since sunday and my last leg workout was last friday. I am due for a leg workout tommorow that why I ask. I have been taking Swole for approximately 2 weeks.

Some people report experiencing muscle cramps while supplementing with creatine. I am unaware of whether or not there have been any studies concluding this. It is not something that I would worry about, stretch thoroughly and keep an eye on it tomorrow.

swole pain

I'm on it too. I noticed that the higher the reps I go, I get pumps so intense it aches. I also get the sensation on lower reps, but it seems I heal faster from it.
