I am going to do my first competition in August. I was up to 197lbs at 11.67% bf holding little water, but due to personal issues and back down to 194 and 11% or so. I am bulking till mid april, giving me 14 weeks for my first contest diet. I was running Test Enth at 500/week, and EQ at 800/week. A few weeks ago I added tren enth at 400/week for the extra strength kick while training. My question is, I've run out of enth. Now I can get more no problem, but perhaps my body needs a change. So, should I switch to 500/week of sust, 500/week of cyp, or say, 750-1g a week of each? My insulin didn't get in here in time for this first show but it's ok it's local Goal is to get up to 205( love to be 210) and no more than 12% bf before I start cutting. So should I switch, and should I raise the dose. I'm definitely leaning towards switching, question is to which compound? Homebrew cyp I made from a new supplier, or trusted organon sust? All inputs welcome!
