Switch from arimidex to aromasin

I'm taking 175mg cyp a week, my liquid arimidex lost some potency and has been making my hands shake a little bit lately. How do i go about switching to aromasin? What dose should i take with 175mg cyp? It would be a liquid aromasin research chemical.

Just switch. And I would do 12.5mg (roughly around there) twice a week.
