Sweating

I have gotten into the habit of sitting in the dry sauna every night post workout for 10-15 minutes. I rinse off with cold water and love the rejuvenated feeling. I am wondering if there is any negatives to this practice...?

The Swedes have been doing it for a couple of hundred years. Except they go outside and roll in the snow.

If you go to a nicer hotel/spa they often have a "plunge pool" just outside the steam and sauna rooms. It is generally about 5' in diameter and about 8' deep. The water is refrigerated to roughly 45 degrees. Step out of the hot and plunge into the cold.

I think you're OK.

Just make sure you're well hydrated post workout and drink plenty of water. Personally I wouldn't consider post workout the best time to cause heat stress to the body and possible dehydration in a dry sauna.

the hot/cold practice is used alot by olympic athletes. supposedly helps with recovery of the cns and muscles.
