no
not a single diabetic in my family.
on another note, I saw a "big guy" in the gym yesterday wearing a hat, t-shirt, long sleeve sweat shirt, short sleeve sweat shirt oever that one and long thick sweat pants. I think this guy is a gear user but I was like fuck man why would the bro want to be so damn hot?
I see a lot of big guys wearing a lot of sweats in the gym and I used to as well but now I have no choice, I wear shorts and a "runners shirt" so the heat goes away from me.
so far so good, no nausea.
regarding the nausea, a few times I ended up on the gym floor not able/wanting to move, had to close my eyes and just stay put for 1/2 hour. once I was able to make it to my truck so nobody saw me but again could not move for 1/2 hour with total nausea. never did barf...had an empty gut...experimented with different eating and drinking patterns as well.
oh yah, the training protcol was high intensity/one set to failure/no rest between exercises/circuit training with 6 multi joint exercises/ sets were timed between 90-120 seconds time under load - not locking out- so true TUT/TUL.
