Sweating after eating?

Hey,

Got a question does anybody get intense sweats after eating protien? I just had a protien bar and I am steaming over here. This happens to me all the time, I eat then have hot spells after for about 1/2 an hour.

Anybody?

This happens to people, but usually if they are eating a LOT of protein in one sitting. It can also happen if you have a lot of carbs as it ramps up your metabolism. I forgot what the protein reaction is that causes the sweating...

Yeah i did eat a steak about 3 hours before the protein bar and the bar had 35g carbs and 30g of protein. That makes sense, thanx

that happens to me when i eat too many calories. Like last night with a half a jar of peanut butter

My metabolism is so fast that this happens to me when I eat most anything. Every time I eat, it's an issue. If I go to a restaurant with my girl, I have to constantly keep wiping my face so the beads aren't so noticable.

When im lifting hard easy an excess of 250+ grams of protein the sweats just go with the terriortory. I think is is more of a protein than carb thing, just remember your body has to work hard to get rid of that food you ate.

Food=energy energy=heat.

Remember what the technical definition of a calorie is.
