i got mine for cheap from sports authority. 15 bucks got me the belt and the whole garbage bag suite.

dont know if it made a difference i was fat when i used it so couldnt really tell,

but def made the midsection realllllllllly sweaty!!!!

I found one at K Mart $7.99-yea they work, you sweat like crazy
