what up, i will be starting my sustanon cycle probably on friday and will log all my workouts and how the cycle makes me feel on here. this is my first planned out cycle and im gonna make the most out of it. here it is..
sustanon 250mgx2 monday/thursday 1-10
turinabol 30mg 1-4
n2gaurd 1-4
hcgenerate 6-10

about me: age 22, 5'9 175 13-14% bf.
 
my goals are to gain 10 pounds of lean muscle while not increasing my bodyfat. i will be eating around 3500-3700 calories, 250-275 protien, 300-350 carbs, and around 100 fats. i will be doing cardio 2-3 times a week and weight training 3 times a week on monday wednesday and friday. i will be doing a low volume high intensity pull push legs workout, focusing on increasing my 3 main lifts my 40-50 pounds. here was my back workout yesterday..
rack pulls - 135x20, 225x10, 275x8, 315x6, 365x4, 405x1
pullups - BWx8, BWx8, BWx6
close grip pulldowns - 80x10, 70x10, 70x10,
wide grip rows - 70x8, 80x8, 60x15
barbell curls - 60x12, 80x8
shrugs - 80x15
 
Just got back from the gym did chest shoulder and triceps, can barely move my arms lol.
Bench press 135x15 185x8, 225x6 235x4
Decline press 135x8 185x6 205x4
Dumbbell flys 35x15 40x10 45x8
Standing military 45x15 95x8 80x8
Dumbbell press 45x10 55x8
Dips BWx20 BWx15
Can't wait to start my cycle this weekend!! Does anyone have any advice they can give?
 
so just did my first inject. it went good, was painless. pinned my right delt with a 25g 1 inch needle. heading to the gym right now to do legs
 
just got back from the gym. was not feeling very motivated today as i had a shitty day at work but still went. did 10 mins walking on the treadmill then legs workout.
back squats -135x15, 185x10, 225x8, 275x5, 315x3, 225x6
leg press - 270x10, 360x8, 450x8
calf raise - 175x20, 225x20, 275x15, 325x10
stiff leg deadlift - 135x10
will weigh myself tomorrow at the gym. depending how my lower backs feeling tomorrow i will either do pull workout or cardio
 
i got a question. ive been using NTKTS pre workout, should i be using that while im on this cycle or should i save it for pct

use it during your cycle.....best to away from stims during pct, grab some attack if u want a boost during pct or even better stack some attack with N2KTS now and tear **** up

also u should bump that tbol to 50mg ed minumum and I would run it 6 weeks

and run hcgenerate from week 6-13 since pct will start 3 weeks after last pin if ur using sust
 
At work right now. Woke up at 2am thinking it was 6 for fuck sakes lol so pretty tired right now. Shoulder is quite sore from my injection yesterday
 
Legs are demolished from my workout yesterday. Felt like I had heartburn all day which I usually never get. Heading to the gym right now to do my pulling exercises
 
So did my 3rd inject today, pinned my delts last week and fuck they were sore for days. My libido is definetely up and I bumped up to 40mg of tbol daily. Weight is 179.9 my strength is definetely up and I'm getting more vascular especially on shoulders and biceps. Only sides I've been noticing is pumps in shins when I do cardio and some days I get light heartburn.
 
Shoulder is still pretty sore after first injection 2 days ago. Is there any way to prevent this?

Thats probably the prop ester in the sustanon, draw your oil and set the syringe in some hot water to warm the oil up and massage it well after pinning...what size needle u using? It shouldn't be that painfull I've banged 3ml in my delts with primo in there and wasn't that sore....pin 2 fingers down from the bone in your shoulder
 
So the pain is common with sus, its the prop that hurts youll get used to it after awhile. Definitely up the tbol dose to at least 60 mgs day. And I would move pct a week later and give the sus 3 weeks to run out.

I pinned my glute yesterday and I feel just a little discomfort today I'm gonna pin my glutes from now own. And I'm using a 1 inch 23 gauge
 
Would it be fine to add 50mg a day of winstrol to the end of my cycle, say week 9-13?
maybe, maybe not since u ran tbol already.....why not just run mast prop? much better anyway, 150mg eod will harden u up nicely, i'm running 100mg ed now and love it :evil:
 
Yah I'm actually thinking of running my tbol only 4 weeks if I decide to do the winstrol.

I've neve ran tbol but from what I understand 6 weeks is the norm and some go up to 8 weeks similar to how var is ran, much better off going 6 on tbol and going with mast the last 4 weeks to harden off gains imo, unless u have proviron on hand?
 
Just got back from the gym, had amazing pumps. Definetely feeling the tbol now. Vascularity is showing more and more everyday. Felt like an animal today in the gym and I skipped my ntkts. Arms and shoulders are filling out. I can tell im shedding body fat too. All my friends are wondering what I'm on. Very excited to see future gains from my cycle
 
For what you want mast prop def...if u ran it from the gate then mast e, less pins

Ya I've decided to scrap the idea on the winstrol bro, thinking about the masteron, definetly would harden me up but worried about the hair loss as I am already getting thin hair, but it's genetics gonna happen anyways lol
 
So I'm thinking I pinned in the wrong spot or something in my right flute yesterday.. Can barely walk, for some reason my tailbone is killing me. Hope this goes away
 
Took the weekend off from the gym gonna hit it again, hopefully never go through that pain again. I will be moving to a different city because
Of work an will be living in a hotel room getting live out. My diet will probably suffer because of this.
 
Update: so this is start of week 3 of my cycle. I'm up to 185 none of it is fat or waterweight. I got a PR today on chest. Benched 275x1 :). Arms are getting massive, everyone I run into compliments on how big I am. Went to the bar for a couple beer on Saturday and ran into some old friends, first thing they asked was of I was doing steroids haha.

I wouldnt do that. Continue as planned and keep eating clean. Try doing plyometrics at night. You would be surprised at how well 500 pushups a night can hold onto upper body mass.

Update: I am out of camp now and back to the gym tonight. I ate clean but I definetely noticed that I gained some fat around my stomach from not being able to do cardio. Will weigh myself tonight at gym I am guessing I'm up 10 pounds right now. Started my second vial of sust last night
 
Next week I am gonna throw in orals as I had to cut my kickstart early. What do u Guys think, 60-80mg tbol or 50mg winstrol
 
Crushed the gym last night! Got two PRs. Barbell row 185x6(+20lbs) barbell bench 100sx6(+20lbs) I'm pretty sure I could've nailed the 110s for 5 reps. I'm getting amazing pumps, more vascular every week, up 10 pounds, and lifts going up still. No sides what so ever other then my forehead looks like a pizza lol. I haven't been taking my forma, no no ai and I am not getting any sides. I'm saving it for pct
 
I am about 180-183 lbs but I've been on a cutting diet so I've gained about 7 lbs of muscle while losing bit of fat around my mid section.
 
Just letting everyone know I'm almost done pct, gained 12 lbs and kept 8 of lean muscle. Ive lost a lot of fat around midsection. Gained 30lbs on bench, 60 lbs on squat.
 
So just got surgery on Monday, will be in a cast for at least 6 weeks. Looks like I'm gonna lose all my gains from my cycle. Don't think I'll ever be able to squat properly again
