Sustenon Finish?

Im a 23 year old male just finishing up with a cycle of 400mg of Test 200 and 200mg of Deca 200 a week for 10 weeks. Next week will be my last injections. I have gained size and strength but my weight stays the same. My workout has been intense with cardio so I've also lost fat, but I wonder if I am gaining enough? I was not satisfied with my gains until about the seventh week, just by coincidence the same week I started the injections in my shoulder. I also have been eating 250 grams of protein a day and I only weigh 167.

I have a few questions I need help with :

1) With the cycle described above should I have put on a considerable amount of weight or can the fat loss equal the muscle gains?

2) I like injections in the shoulder is it ok to inject there all the time?

3) This was my first cycle and I was wondering if the 3 weeks after you last shot that the steroids are still active in your body do you still experience gains?

4) Im not totally satisfied with my gains and have recently come across some Sustenon 250 preloads for real cheap, five of them to be exact. I was going to save them for my next cycle but I was wondering if I could add them to end my current cycle? I had a friend tell me to take them starting now every four days for only five to be effective, what are your opinions?

5) I have clomid to finish the cycle but I also have HCG. My question is if I add the Sustenon and extend my 10 week cycle by at least 3 more weeks should I take the HCG?

I appreciate anyones help I have learned some much from all you members of elitefitness.com and I wouldn't be where Im at in my workout without your help. Thanks Alot !!!!!!!!
 
i assume that you are taking your not eating enough cals. and carbs they are also a must for growth i am not sure how tall your are but 167lbs is pretty thin what you need to do is forget about more juice and work on your diet i was asking the same questions you were at one time and stuffing my face is the answer at the weight your are now if stick to a good diet by the time you are ready to do another cycle(time on time off theory)will be in the 180's so eat about 2800-3000cals 250-300 grams of protien and carbs at 500-600 grams daily stick to that for ten weeks and you will have not choice but to grow

ps. drop the cardio when bulking and rest,rest,rest and rest
 
1) You really can't tell the whole story with scale pounds. You need to get your BF tested first and at the end and compare. Measure. I can't tell you if your cycle was ok or not because your could have dropped 15lbs of fat and gained 15 lbs of muscl for all I know.

2) NO. Well, try not to hit a spot again for at least 7 days.

3) Ya your gonna keep going a little bit as the drug tapers off. You don't have much drug at all so after the 1 st or 2nd half life of both those drugs your done.

4) stop, regoup and plan again.

5) I would run the HCG then the clomid (but clomid does NOTHING for me or any of my friends, but it may for you so give it a try.)


Your test sounds fine, but the deca was mighty low, you could have done 100mg more with a slight preload to get your blood levels in your favor quicker.

I agree with bigmouth, loose the cardio and at your size (don't know your hight) you need to eat everything in site.

dude 5'5 167 no your no skinny but your not big either and the bottom line is your diet is the key to muscle growth. what other advice to you need??

by the way i am 5'6 and i stayed at 170lbs. for almost 2 years looking for some kind of speical drug combo and shit like that and after i started eating right i was up to 200lbs in 6 months
