Sustanon vs. Test ?????

Looking for some experienced opinions on 10 week cycle. Sustanon vs. Test cyp. Either one at 500mg a week.
 
Probably be better off with test cyp twice a week at 250mg per shot.

There's so many theories of how sustanon needs to be shot that you're better off just going with the cyp.

Gains would be similar with either anyway
 
Yeah I was leaning toward the cyp. I was gonna take 250mg monday and thursday, now would I do the HCG same day?
 
sustanon has 4 esthers.. you will feel it quicker since it has 2 very short esthers and also it will stay in your system longer cause it has a nice 21 day esther.

cyp is 2 week esther.

sustanon hurts for most people cause of high BA content

cyp should be injected 2X per week 250mg each
sust can be injected just once per week at 500mg, or you can get away with 2X per week as well.

that is the main difference.. all in all it comes down to finding good quality test that isn't underdosed.
 
Now with the HCG can stick to the glutes everytime or move it around? The cyp I was going to do glutes,quads,delts.
 
28 y/o 5'10 150lbs. Training off and on for 3 years been steady for about 6 months now. Diet is pretty clean but could do better on the weekends.
 
I already have test cyp 250. Forma shipped out today and I'm ordering my HCG,nova, an clomid today. I know I'm kinda new to this but I been researching this for over a year now. I'm been getting alot of info & help from you guys and from elitebodiez. I'm really looking forward to this cycle. I appreciate your guys help. Thanks

yeah at that size you probably are better off leaving the AAS for a future time.

especially considering the question you asked about where to inject hcg. you've got time to learn the basics. I would get up into the 170's before juicing at your height.
 
I love to get to the 170s. Can you help me understand why I can't run a mild cycle now? Can I run cycle of PH? Thanks for your help
 
you do not know how to train or eat right now. so if you run a cycle.. whatever gains you get, you will just lose them afterwards. this is why we say build up a base first. this way you will get as much as possible from your cycle.

remember don't run a cycle to compensate for your shortcomings, run a cycle to PUSH you to the next level.

so lets work on your diet and work harder in the gym... try 70 minutes a day 5-6X per week... hit 12-15 sets per muscle group in each workout. eat every 2 hours. the gains will come trust me, you do not need AAS.... yet.
 
That sucks I was really looking forward to it. After joining here and reading other guys posts it just gets you pumped up to do a cycle. Is there anything I can take to give me an extra edge and a better look?
 
list your diet and workout strategy you are doing now.. be honest about it. no one on here is gonna flame you or anything as we do not condone that. also tell us your realistic goals for a month, 6 months.. a year.. etc.

and lets see where you need to improve or where you need to change. and we will go from there

I think its easier for a skinny dude to build mass then a heavy guy trying to lose weight. stick around and in a year you will look back and be proud of how far you've come. lots of good bro's on here will help you reach your goals.
