sustanon/propionate cycle help please

i`m planning to do a sust/prop cycle with finasteride and arimidex but don`t know the axact amount to take.
this would be my second cycle.
my weight is 164, 5`8, bodyfat 8,5%.

can anyone help me with a good cycle, should i throw something else in the cycle?

sus at 500mgs or more a week for at least 8 weeks and prop you can tkae until sus kicks in at 100-200mgs eod for 4 weeks or take 100mgs eod for over 4 weeks...arimidex at 1/2 eod or ed or 1 pill eod or ed it matters on how much you take...
