Sustanon Kick In!

for those who have tried sust, when did u feel it kick in in which week and in which week did u get ur best results from it? thanx.
 
im going into the middle of the 3rd week and i started feeling mine about the first of this week. i cant wait until the 4th week b/c i already know im going to be feeling it more.
 
innocent, when u say u felt it start 2 kick in can u elaborate? what did u feel? like how much of an increase did u feel, like bench is easier or what?
 
I knew it was kicking in when a 300lbs bench press started feeling light and when i wanted to shag every bird in my work, even the minging ones. :p

I got the Sust-flu the first night, but it took me about the end of my 4th week when I started to notice real strength gains, up until that point I couldn't tell if it was just mental because I was injecting.

Keep waiting, eat enough, and it will kick in. Strenght goes up, it's a personal experience that' s hard to explain. Weight just feels light and you feel unbreakable.

And you break PBs every time you walk into the gym. And you shout "AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH" and rip off your shirt when youve just smashed your one rep max.



Ok, maybe not the last bit.

Just be patient bro, week 3 or 4 depending on your body. I was just using the 300 as a figure.My one rep max before my first cycle was 220 lbs. As soon as the sus started kicking in I found it just felt light and i could rep like 10 in a few weeks. After 12 weeks i was benching 300lbs for 4 so my bench went up bout 80lbs. I lost a bit of my gained strength but i can still bench 280 lbs for a few reps.
 
W/O you feeling it, the test starts working in your body almost immediately. You should notice it as early as 2 weeks as I did. I started noticing it around my 3rd week. It's kinda hard NOT to notice. You'll be able to tell while doing your training.
 
sustanon being the only steroid I have ever done, i can honestly say I didn't lose any strength after my first and only 6 week cycle. I kept every bit and kept on gaining. I was a mere 18 at the time so mileage may vary of course, but keep busting ass and eating right.

I am fairly sure you will not be able to maintain 90% of gains from dbol, but I can't speak first hand on that one.

Probably not unless you really kept the water retention to a minimum the whole cycle and this would limit the overall strength gain. Otherwise, when you stop the juice, you lose the water weight and some of the strength. 10% or less and you're really doing well. If you've run heavy letro and really just gotten lean hard muscle with little bloat at all, then you could keep it, but there will be less to keep. Kind of a trade off.

As far as feeling the sustanon, most experienced juicers notice effects in the first to early second week. Nothing major, but your body does react. If its your first experience its like using a telescope to see the sun rise bro, when it comes up you'll know, but until it does there's nothing to look at. With legit sustanon at a fair dosage, you will know it soon enough and you'll laugh at wondering if you'd know it was working. Good luck and enjoy the ride bro.

hmmm...90%? I don't think so man. I don't know percentage wise but if you continue to train properly and keep a good diet you do keep a lot of it.

Werd!! that's my experience exactly. The last four weeks of my eight week cycle were insane, and I kept most of my size gains and all the strength.
 
well in that case if i'm hoping for 285 i better get 305 so when i drop a little i'll b where i wanna be :-) , for strength on bench what yall do 5 sets of 5? or what?
 
well since people r saying it kicks in around week 4 or 5, when is it most powerful or u c most results? later in those weeks? or like week 7?
 
No offense brother but do some research. The only way to truly retain any information is to learn it yourself by doing searches. Not just on this board either. Get a wider spectrum

You will really notice that it is working when you feel like you can't drink enough liquids no matter how much you drink. Also, you will seem to be a little winded when walking from your car in the parking lot 50 feet to the gym...lol. I always get really hungry and thirsty about 10-12 days after first injection...then I can tell it is working.

I would do sets of 6. I put on 100 pound on my bench when I was on test enanthate and d-bol and I kept about 80% of my strength gains and I lost all my muscle though. I didn't even run clomid!!! BIG mistake!!! I was shut down for 4 months and felt like a girl the whole time.
 
carlsky, like 3 sets of 6 or what? and u would do this everytime u did bench, or change it up? how many times did u do bench a week. 100 pounds rocks
