Has any one injected sus 250 in their thighs? I heard that it is very painful that you cant walk. Please let me know.

Depends on the site. Lots of muscles in the thigh.

Why the thigh? I just injected 3ml of eq and sust in my hip, and only a small amount of soreness.

i always thought 3cc's in the glute was to much. i do 2cc's in the glute 1 in the delt twice a week. just thought 3 would make to much soreness.

Really depends on the individual. I'm fine with 3cc's in glutes but more than this I must use multiple sites. Using multiple sites reduces the risk for a "screw up" and baseball size lumps if done improperly.

I remember my first Nile Sustanon injection into the Glute. Couldn't sit properly for about 3 days!

Its not that bad, I barely feel it in my legs, bicepts however are a different story.
