i was wondering is there any particular place you should inject sustanon i have been injecting in the glute but i want to inject in my upper body maybe my tricebs but before i had to be sure.......thanks in advance

you can inject anywhere..try maybe your delts before any other spot. Do not do more then 1cc of sus in each spot though. It might become painful for some.

Week 1-5 Dianabol (thai) 30mg
Week 1-12 Sustanon (cyctahoh) 400mg
week 1-12 deca (norma) 400mg

my second cycle. Currently on week 2

I would suggest start with your quads because of the large surface area you have and where you can see and use two hands tosteady yourself while injecting.

Don't worry about pain, pain is minimal since you are injecting sustanon which is an oil based solvent does not hurt. water based AAS hurts more than oil base!

yea i usually do quads/calves, as you can use two hands, i find it a bit hard using two hands on spots such as tris/bis/delts
