Hello bros, I am 18 years old and have traning for 2 years. I am around 172lbs and have some fat to burn but no ruch. I have done 10deca norma and 15 primoteston for about a year a go. So I was wondering to do 500mg sustanon/week and 400mg/deca/week. And some d-bol, or should a start whit 250mg sustanon/week for 2 weeks than 500mg/week. Please answer me.....If a train god and eat like a tiger, and sleaps 10 hours a day. Can I gain up to 25lbs more... I think a can do it whit your help...Peace bros. I need your advice
