I have just completed my first cycle, and thought I would pass along my results in case anyone might be thinking about a sustanon cycle only.
Weeks 1-9 250 mg sustanon/every 3 days
Proviron 50 mg throughout
Little bloat (nothing to worry about), and no signs of gyno. The proviron kept my sex drive up, and I did not experience hardly any sides.
Stats: Beginning cycle 5'7", 176#.
Workout with trainer 5x.
Diet was 40/40/20. Everything was written down and totaled daily. My diet at the start was 2300 cals/day, and increased over a few weeks to 4000 cals/day. Two cheat meals per week.
End results: 5'7", 191 pounds. Mostly lean muscle mass, tho I did gain one inch in the waist, which could be mostly water.
In a week or so, I will start my hcg @1000iu/ed for 10 days, along with clomid and nolva.
Just glad the cycle is over, and I won't have sore quads for a while. That was the only downside to the whole cycle.
It also was a tremendous help that my trainer was familiar with AAS, and very knowledgeable about dieting and training. He really put me through my paces. I have been with him for 2 years, and had a pretty good foundation when I started. I gained more mass in the past 9 weeks than I did in the previous 22 months.
Overall, I am very pleased.
