you dont need so much EQ if your going to stack it with 500mg of sust per week
you will not necessarily need nolva for this (depends on your body) but clomid yes

I tend to agree,,,400mg of EQ should be plenty here.
I like NOLVA/CLOMID stack for PCT.

can someone with knowledge please answer these questions... so Im thinking of taking 250iu hcg every 4 days, gona mix up my hcg with bacteriostatic water but how long would it last if i keep it in my fridge? And why is it better to take sustanon shot twice a week?

It will last 60 days in the fridge. Sustanon needs to be shot at a minimum e3d but eod is best so more than 2x a week. This is because there are short esters in sustanon mix and your blood levels will fluctuate greatly if you don't pin often which increases side effects.

60 days - i thought 30 days was the max on this ?

Nope, 60 is fine if mixed with bac water.

I run 250ius of HCG M and Th.

At the end of my cycle I increase the HCG to 1000ius for the first two weeks of my PCT, injecting on the same day. I then start clomid 5 days after my last HCG shot and run that for 4 weeks at 50mg ED.

We all react differently to clomid and nolva. Some run both, some run them solo, people will state they have different levels of success. I run clomid without nolva because it works. Some people have mood issues with clomid, crying etc. For me it chills me out and IMO it helps get my test levels back up better than nolva.

I also used Unleshed and a few other supplements during PCT.

When you say you increase the hcg to 1000ius for the first 2 weeks of pct, injecting on the same day...... could you be more specific? The first 2 weeks after your last test shot, 500iu on m and th?

So I started my cycle but I was thinking I might want to do 750 mg of sust and 750 mg eq for ten weeks instead of 500 of each for 15 what do you guys think about this?
