Sustanon and D-Bol Cycle

This is my first cycle. I am 21 6'1 205 bf=16ish

I am thinking I will take it as follows:

week 1-5 Dianabol - methandrostenolone - -- 30 mg/day (over 3 doses)
week 1-10 Sustanon -- 250mg weekly

Would this be fine for a first cycle..? I will probably start in around a month or so. I am going to try and break through this plateau I have seemed to be stuck on for about a month now. If I can effectively get through it and see my numbers start to increase again, I may stay natty, but I think I work to hard right now for my numbers to be stagnant.

I work out 4 (with the occasional 5) days a week at about 1.5+hrs a visit
My diet is normally clean (except for these damn football game "get togethers" with buddies)
2500-2600 Calories right now. What do I need to aim for while I am ON?
Should I bump my protein considerably? It's about 30 percent right now.

Let me know guys... I actually never thought I would do em, but with my buddies gains and my frustrations recently, I am thinking it may just be time. I already have the gear, so that part is done with. Thanks in advance.

Oh and, try and change my mind because of my age because I have not completely committed myself to this as I stated earlier. I will not take offense, I will not be a brat about it, but with educating me, if you could answer my questions too as if I do do them, I want to do them properly.

Oh oh, and a proper PCT? What should it consist of.. anything else while on too?
 
dbol dose looks fine for your level.
500mg TEST week would be better,,but 250mg may be ok since your new.
i would definitely add an AI like ARIMIDEX or LETROZOLE
PCT 3 WEEKS OF CLOMID AND NOLVA
 
you're gonna like the sust and dbol- especially the mental confidence and wellbeing that comes with these both... you need to run .25mg a-dex ed while on though for anti-e. helps keep the test from turning into estrogen.
make sure you dont drink alcohol at these football games ESPECIALLY when on d-bol... REAL bad for your liver
 
It's a great cycle, but Test alone would be great for your first. Although at 21 you can really pack on some more size and natural gains staying natty. Eating about 4000 calories (clean) may help you as well.

If you are dead set on it, then you will get some good results. Especially while you are on your cycle increase your calories.

I like the cycle bro. Similar to what I did with great results. Make sure you utilize hcg mid cycle. Have nolva and either derma or post cycle, if not all on hand for recovery
 
i ran the exact same cycle and had pretty good results.

i'm in a rush, but 1 quick piece of advice would be to split your shot(s) 125mg monday & 125mg thursday

my p'c't for that cycle was just h'c'g (i ran about 500iu's E5 days for maybe 40 days) and i recovered fine. although i would never advocate that i just wanted to share

Anytime you hit a plateau look to the calories. 2600 isn't enough at your size to grow. I would skip the dball if you are going to keep up the weekends through the NFL season. Nothing wrong with the test only and bumping up the food. Also make your focus compound lifts while you are trying to bulk. Bench, squats and deads should definitely be the cornerstone of your program.

A 5x5 program for these 10-12 weeks plus test at 250 per week and close to 4000 cals per day will do you right. Then switch up your routine style during PCT.
 
NFL, pssh... a college man myself ;)

4000, man.. that's gunna be some eatin'!! Good thing I like to eat, lets just see if the funds for quality food can be sustained during the cycle.

I worked out with a different guy today, and it really seemed to help... I think I may do like I was saying and sit on it for a month and decide then. st8grad, I think I am going to bump up to around 3200 cals right now and see if I can get over this plateau.

Thanks for all the info guys.. real promising stuff, I'm gunna have to do some research to get some of the PCT and ON components you all speak of.. Clomid and Novla isn't a problem, but I may have a problem on some of the others. Thanks again, and keep the post coming.
